Howdy! My name is Kalis (rhymes with 'police'). I started this blog to give myself a space to organize my thoughts about my two favorite things - food and music.
It will cover everything from album reviews to new recipes to festival rompings, all with a little bit of food porn thrown in here and there.
For those of you that I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting, here is a little bit about me:
I am 25 years old, 5'7'' and about 100 and (mumble mumble mumble) pounds. This is generally what I look like:
My day job has me as an event manager for a kick ass tech company right in the heart of Silicon Valley. It also has me on the road quite a bit, which gives me the opportunity have lots of epicurean adventures in all four corners of the country. In my boundless amounts of free time (are they ever going to come up with sarcasm font?), I enjoy rock climbing, musical theater, travel, swimming, and reading.
